If you are arriving earlier, please let us know: we will do our best to have your room ready as soon as possible.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Yes. After check-out, you may leave your luggage in the breakfast room and return later using the same access code for the main entrance door.
Yes, breakfast is always included in the rate.
It is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM on the ground floor, in the breakfast room.
To ensure comfort, hygiene and peace for all guests, pets are not allowed inside the property.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Guests may use the ashtrays available in the inner courtyard.
The property does not have a lift.
The rooms are arranged across two floors: if you would prefer accommodation on the first floor, we kindly invite you to mention this at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
We have an agreement with Garage Navoni, located adjacent to the property, at a rate of €13 per day.
You may:
- arrive directly and inform them that you are our guests, or
- request a reservation through our staff by providing your vehicle details in advance.
The garage closes at 8:00 PM.
In the immediate vicinity, there are also public parking options available, including paid parking, free parking and blue zone parking spaces.

There is no restricted traffic zone (ZTL) either to reach the property or to access the partner garage.
Yes, a city tax applies, as required by the Municipality of Ravenna, and must be paid separately at check-out.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 5 days before the arrival date.
After that, the conditions set out in the booked rate will apply.
